Show of hands, who actually washes their produce? 👀🙋‍♀️

Simply rinsing your produce with only water after bringing it home from the farmers market, grocery store, or even your own garden probably isn't doing enough. Pesticides are designed to withstand the rain, and even organic fruit need a real cleaning to wash away dirt and little bugs! 🍓

Echo's refillable Produce Wash from Rebel Green (a woman-owned business 💪🏼🤍) is made with organic citrus extracts to safely clean fruits+veggies, and is a completely plant-based formula, free of alcohol and any harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances. There is no aftertaste once you rinse it off either—I use it at home, and can personally give it a thumbs up. 👍🏼

Bring in a spray bottle (my preferred method of application for big produce!), or grab a donated jar to The Carrot Seed to fill up on the good stuff. 🫧

There's some new scents on the block. 😎

Cedarwood+Oak is a new hand soap, and it's great for summer! 🌤️ Deep, woodsy musk reminiscent of oakmoss + aged bourbon meets a touch of bright citrus peel, softened with a hint of vanilla. This one reminds me of sun-soaked days hiking or at the lake cabin. ⛵️ Get it in a pre-filled bottle or fill your own jar. 🫧

Wild Orange+Vanilla has proved a VERY popular scent in the past, and now it's available in lotion form. 😋

It's the perfect day to refill! Come on down to The Carrot Seed Kitchen Co. and the crew will help fill a bottle or two for you. 😊

Pollinator Day this past weekend at the Brookings Farmers Market was so much fun! ☺️ The most beautiful market day you could imagine, I had to share a few snippets. ☀️

🍯 Wildflower Honey wax melts SOLD OUT
✨ The ‘lil pom-pom bees in my booth were quite the draw (they even made the news!)
🐝 Wood-burned sign from my sweet friend Tricia
🌼 STUNNING blooms to complete the vibe from Bloom & Root Gardens
🌾 I tried bee pollen for the first time!

And of course, huge thanks my incredible helpers! 💛

If you missed out, get your hands on the famous wax melts + other yummy-smelling things here 🔗 https://forms.gle/pdGsQooepNZj8tdP9

Tomorrow is Pollinator Day!! 🤩

Come and enjoy a very special Brookings Farmers Market highlighting everything there is to love about pollinators! 🐝🦋🌾🌼 Without them, we wouldn't have food to eat, and I wouldn't be able to make my incredible-smelling nontoxic wax melts! Made, of course, with local beeswax from my friends at Livingston Honey. 🐝✨

Echo Market will be featuring a limited edition wax melts scent tomorrow: Wildflower Honey! 🌼🍯

It’s discontinued by my supplier, and I love it so much, I want to keep it all to myself. BUT, everyone deserves a chance to smell this delightfully sweet scent. 😋 Tomorrow only, I will have a 𝓿𝓮𝓻𝔂 limited quantity of Wildflower Honey wax melts for sale. Stop by Echo's booth early to grab yours!

I'm thankful for our pollinator friends that provide SO much. 💛 Stop by the market outside the library to learn all about 'em! ☀️

Natural deo that ACTUALLY works. 🙌

Did you know that approximately 3.2 BILLION single-use plastic deodorant containers are thrown away EACH YEAR? 😬 Little Seed Farm’s deodorant creams are 100% plastic-free, aluminum-free, + baking soda-free.

The brand’s most popular product is now available on Echo’s shelf in 6 delicious scents. 😋

It takes a bit getting used to rubbing a cream on your pits vs. a stick, I get it. But it’s really easy! All you have to do is apply a pea-sized amount into clean armpits with your finger or the mini popsicle stick it comes with. There are larger bamboo applicators available for purchase separately as well. ✨ That’s it. Then you enjoy all-day, nourishing, odor-neutralizing goodness.

I’ve already received glowing reviews from sweet friends! 🤍

➺ “I’ve tried alllll the clean deodorants out there & always end up unhappy with them a week later. I’ve been using this one for months & it’s 10/10.” ~ Ryanne

➺ “It works SO WELL! I worked a 12 hour shift in the hospital with it and it lasted the entire time, so huge rave!” ~Emily

You heard it here folks! Stop by The Carrot Seed to try some for yourself. 🤩
