These kimonos and obis are what I got from the giveaway party 🎉

I brought some tanmono fabric and men’s haori from previous treasure hunting event. Also some books 📕 about kimonos and obijime from my house.

I was happy to see all of those found new owners after the party! ☺️😍
Most my kimono collections are used. Those are from my mom, my friends or friends’s mothers and used kimono shop(event). I feel happy my old collection becomes someone’s new collection☺️

I can’t wait to wear my new-old kimonos!👘

先日のお着物お譲り/交換会でお迎えしたお着物と帯。
素敵な物をたくさんいただきました。
紫の色無地と袋帯はそのままコーデ出来る！着るのが楽しみです😊

こちらから持って行ったのは前回のお宝探しイベントで残った男物の羽織や、反物。
我が家からはお着物雑誌などと帯締めなど。パーティーが終わった後に全部新しいお家を見つけたようでこれも嬉しかったです〜🤩

私の着物コレクションは殆どが中古。母から、友人やそのお母様から、または中古のお店やイベントで買い求めた物。
新しい古い着物にときめきます😆
私の古い着物も誰かの元では新しい着物になれるかな？

We had a blast at the kimono giveaway party at our friend's house the other day. She generously offered many of her mother’s kimonos and kimono-related accessories. Her mother passed away a couple of years ago. She was a huge kimono enthusiast and had kimonos for other people to wear as well. So there were all different sizes of kimonos.
Our friend, who hosted this event wanted to share her mother's kimonos with those who enjoy🥰 Some people had memories of her mother, and we all enjoyed some of her stories💝 It was a heart-warming party. I got some beautiful kimonos and obis. Those are so special to me 🥰

お友達が、数年前に亡くなられたお母様の着物が大量にあるのでお譲り会をしたい、と素敵な会を開いてくださいました！
お母様は踊りや詩吟もなさって、人をもてなす事も大好きで、持たれていたお着物は他の方にも着せそのため、様々なサイズがありました。
会に参加された方の中にはお母様との思い出がある方もいて、どんな方だったのかお話を聞く事も出来、お友達と一緒にお母様にも私達はもてなしていただいている気分に🥰　大切なお着物はサイズのみならず、タイプも様々。欲しい物がみなさんと被らなかった😆　参加者の皆さんが選んだ着物はそれぞれにぴったりで、それ絶対似合う！なんて言いあったり🤭　　
ホストしてくれたお友達にはお母様の大切なお着物や思い出をシェアしてくださって、とっても暖かいパーティーで、大切な思い出になりました。
お母様も喜んでくださっていると良いな🥰💕

Monthly Matcha class. This time, our teacher brought some matcha bowls available to purchase! Those bowls were her teachers and she handed them over. She offered us very low prices 🤩 So all of us were so excited to pick one for ourselves🥰 We used our new bowls for the lesson! I felt the matcha of this class was yummier😆

茶道講座で先生が先生の先生から譲られたお抹茶碗をたくさん持って来てくださって、とーってもお安く譲っていただきました！
みんな大喜びで選びましたよ😍
私はちょっといびつな形が手で包んだ時に馴染む白いお椀を選びました。
みんなそれぞれ選んだお椀を使ってお茶を点てました。
美味しく点てられたかな❓😚
この日のお茶菓子は桜の塩漬けが寒天の中に浮かぶ羊羹で、今年はお花見をしそびれたので嬉しかったです🌸

I participated as one of the Chinese tea servers at the event of the church two years in raw. I was very honored to be part of this special day🥰

先日は中国茶の淹れ手として教会のイベントに参加させていただきました。去年に引き続き二回目です☺️ 準備もよく考えられて進められていて、昨年も感激したのですが、今年もスタッフのみなさんのチームワークは素晴らしいなぁ、と感心しました！
中国茶の講座を会の始めにお友達の茶芸師さんがしてくださいましたがそちらもお茶の説明のみならずご自分の言葉でお茶愛を伝えてくださる温かいものでした♪
お茶を飲んでくださったお客様からお茶の味や、この体験についてのご感想で素敵な言葉をいっぱいいただきました。
私にとっても嬉しいひとときになりました。
お茶好き❤️と改めて感じたのと、茶縁にも感謝です🥰

美鍋とパッケージに書いてあったお鍋を頂きましたー。
薬膳の要素が入って中国茶の八宝茶みたいだった！(お茶は入ってないけど) 美味しくて永遠に♾️食べられたー😆
お家お鍋良いですね。夏日になったりちょっと肌寒い日に戻ったりですが、あったかいものが嬉しい日でした。ご馳走様〜😋
