Up next to my Masters Of The Universe shelves, it's Funko Pop Evil-Lyn #86

This MOTU Funko is from the Retro Toys line of Pops and joins Clamp-Champ, Dragstor, Horde Trooper and Mer-Man in the wave.

Another great example of brining the look and feel of the OG toys to Funko Pop collectors, this one looks great out-of-box with the rest of the set. Her yellow skin and blue outfit look striking against the white of the good ol' IKEA Billy Bookcases too!

Being a typical pre-teen boy in the 80s, I didn't have the figure of this character ("eww, girls" right!). But very happy to have her join the gang now!

Funko Pop Whiplash #82 joins my Masters Of The Universe collection next!

This one is a Funko 2021 Summer Virtual Funkon Limited Edition and adds to the Retro Toys line of Funkos.

Being both an in-box and out-of-box collector, I was torn on this one (I generally dispay out-of-box, unless the Pops are rare, signed or have some sort of exclusivity sticker). But when I saw him up close, I HAD to get him (and keep him) out-of-box! I remember playing with the OG Mattel toy of this guy, with his huge rubber tail and spring-loaded waist to flick it around and knock other figures flying! No way was he going back in the box! 😜

I love how this line of Pops look... the colours and finish really lean into the dated look of the toys from the 80s, to the point they look a bit "naff" or "cheap" compared to the latest, modern stylings from Funko - but in absolutely the BEST POSSIBLE WAY!

Funko Pop Stormtrooper #815 joins my Star Wars collection next!

This one is the final piece in my Star Wars Impressions line of Funko Pops. The line recreates some of our favourite and familair characters form Star Wars, in a reimagined look inspired by Japanese samurai aesthetics.

Just as with the rest of the line, this Pop looks great in-box, with the distinctive dark background and pink cherry blossom themed box art. Out-of-box, this Funko looks incredible - check out the samurai-styled armour!

I grabbed this one from Funko Europe / Funko UK (a bit dissapointed with the box damage to the back top corner), but happy to have completed the set.

Yes it's ANOTHER Stormtrooper in my collection. No I don't care that my shelves are FULL of Stormtrooper variants! 🤣

Funko Pop Freddy Funko as Gaston joins my collection!

Check out this awesome Funko Pop! It's the OG Funko mascot, Freddy Funko dressed as Gaston from Disney's Beauty and the Beast!

I pulled this one from a Funko Fundays Quest for the Grail 2026 Box Of Fun and I am SUPER excited to have found this Funko!

Released for the 2026 San Diego Comic Con event, the Funko Fundays Quest for the Grail Box of Fun is an Atlantis/undersea themed mystery box tied to one of four teams or factions: Aqua Dogs, Sea Knights, The Sirens and Funauticals. Each box contained a mascot Pop based on the chosen team, three mystery Limited Edition Pops and a premium blind box collectible.

Joining my Masters of the Universe collection next, it’s Funko Pop Mer‑Man #88 from the Retro Toys MOTU line!

From the MOTU Retro Toys Funko Pop wave, this Pop joins Clamp Champ, Dragstor, Evil‑Lyn and Horde Trooper, all shown on the back of the box.

Mer‑Man is one of those characters that just screams vintage toy aisle. The green and orange colour combo is loud in the best way, and that wide‑eyed fishy face looks AWESOME out‑of‑box on the shelf. This one was one of my favourite toys as a kid, so it makes me very happy to add him to the collection!

I love how this Mer‑Man captures that classic look... but are you Team Green Mer-Man or Team Blue Mer-Man?! 😉 Let me know in the comments below 👇

Up next to my Masters of the Universe shelf, it’s Funko Pop Roboto #81!

Roboto is a great example of peak MOTU weirdness in the best possible way. That chrome dome helmet, bright red chest and translucent torso showing his inner workings look AWESOME out‑of‑box.

This Pop comes from the MOTU Retro Toys wave that also features She‑Ra, Terror Claws Skeletor, Grizzlor, Kobra Khan and King Randor. Just seeing that lineup instantly takes me back to blasted‑out Eternia landscapes and the clunky laser sound effects of the Saturday morning cartoons.

This version of Roboto is a 2021 Summer Virtual FunKon Limited Edition release (yep, says so right there on the sticker 😁😉), which makes him feel extra special in the display alongside the rest of my MOTU Funkos.

Joining my Masters Of The Universe shelf next, it’s Funko Pop Snake Man‑At‑Arms #92

OK follower, you know I’m all about that 80s nostalgia… and this guy brings it in bucket-loads! This one takes the classic Man‑At‑Arms armour and gives it a wild Snake Men twist, with the bright blue helmet and yellow armour.

Out‑of‑box, the scales detail on his head look AWESOME.

From the MOTU Retro Toys Funko Pop wave, this Pop sits alongside Clamp Champ, Dragstor, Evil‑Lyn, Horde Trooper and Mer‑Man. Seeing that lineup instantly takes me back to the toy aisles and Saturday morning cartoons as a kid!

This one is a Speciality Series (says so right on the sticker 😁😉), so it was released for sale in smaller, niche stores, rather than the larger chains.
