How to Place an Order
We operate on a 100% pre-order basis and do not carry physical stock.
To place an order:
Send us the direct link (not a screenshot or photo) (via WhatsApp) to the item you wish to purchase from any legitimate online shopping website.
Please ensure the link is correct and leads directly to the product you want.
Once we receive your link, we will provide you with a quotation and estimated delivery time.
Payment Policy
Orders valued under TT$500: Full payment is required before the order is processed.
Orders valued over TT$500: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or collection.
Orders will only be processed after the required payment has been received.
Product Selection
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product details are correct before placing an order, including:

* Colour
* Style
* Model
* Quantity
Please review the product carefully before sending us the link.
No Refunds or Exchanges
As all items are specially ordered on behalf of our customers, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:
* Incorrect size selected
* Incorrect colour chosen
* Change of mind
* Style preference
* Customer ordering the wrong item
Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection before confirming your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or differs from the item ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Supporting photos and videos may be required for us to investigate the issue with the supplier.
Resolution will depend on the supplier's policy and approval.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. While we strive to meet all estimated dates, delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Order Cancellations
Once payment has been made and your order has been submitted to the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
