Acrel's ATE Series Wireless Temperature Monitoring Solution is designed to enhance safety and reliability in medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear systems (≤35kV). In these environments, overheating at cable joints, busbars, or contact points can easily go unnoticed—until it leads to costly failures or unplanned downtime.

ATE series provides real-time, continuous temperature monitoring without the need for complex wiring. Its wireless sensors are easy to install, making them ideal for retrofitting existing switchgear as well as new installations. With high accuracy and strong anti-interference capability, the system ensures stable performance even in demanding industrial conditions.

In a recent project at a manufacturing facility, ATE solution was deployed across multiple switchgears. Within weeks, the system detected abnormal temperature rises at a critical connection point. Early intervention prevented a potential fault, saving both maintenance costs and production losses.

Acrel ASJ series products are intelligent power protection relays used in low-voltage power distribution systems.Their core functions are to monitor circuit abnormalities in real time, provide rapid protection, prevent electrical accidents, and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

They mainly monitor electrical parameters such as residual current (leakage current), overvoltage/undervoltage, and overcurrent/ undercurrent, and are widely applied in TT/TN-S power distribution systems of 400V and below in shopping malls, factories, buildings, residences and other places.
