🚀 WE'RE HIRING: ON-CALL TOUR & EVENT COORDINATORS 🚀
(Preferably residing in Rizal and NCR)
Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and dynamic? Do you thrive in fast-paced event environments? We are looking for On-Call Coordinators to help us deliver flawless corporate events, large-scale seminars, and group tours!
📍 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Assist with guest check-ins, registration, and kit distribution
• Coordinate ground transportation, transfers, and venue logistics
• Manage group tours and site visits for event attendees
• Ensure seamless on-site event ex*****on
📌 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• At least College Level
• Prior experience in tour guiding, event coordination, hospitality, or travel agencies is an advantage
• Pleasing personality with strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule and availability for project-based/on-call shifts (including weekends & holidays)
• Minimum commitment of 3 days per event project
