At Lindy Lou Gifts We are quite well known for our jugs…..This pink one is a beauty, full, pink and curvy and cups this glorious bunch of cow parsley perfectly 💐

Did you know 💗💗💗

Cow parsley also known as "Bishops Flower," its concave shape resembles a bird's nest, leading to associations with sanctuary, safe refuge, like Porthleven harbour and warding off negative energy.

Its lacy, intricate white flowers are linked to fairies, folklore, and understated charm.

As an early spring bloomer, it signals the end of winter, representing new beginnings and the renewal of life.

High tide is just after lunch today around 2pm so if it was me I’d sit by the The Mussel Shoal and have a late lunch, chillax and take it all in 🙌

Wishing the lady of Lindy Lou Gifts a wonderful Birthday today 🎉

Not one to be a “brown noser “ but this boss is ace, I’m taking full advantage of my social media role, therefore a public shout out is very much in order 🙌

She’s an incredibly generous member of the community both with her time and donating to various charities, the annual egg hunt, skate park, Lifeboat day to name a few.

Shes on the lash today 🍾🍷with her mates and there’s a 🦆🐤 theme so look out 👀 They are all Quackers !!!

✅ Let your body adjust:

Get in slowly, allowing the water to reach your legs, waist, and chest, allowing your breathing to settle before you start swimming.

‼️ If breathing doesn't calm:
If your breathing does not settle within 30-60 seconds, get out of the water immediately

👯 Never Swim Alone:
Always swim with a buddy or have someone on shore.

🚨Be Seen:
Wear a bright swim cap and use a tow float.

🛟 Float to Live:
If you get into trouble, lean back, extend your arms and legs, and catch your breath (60-90 seconds).
