🍁 Fall is the perfect time to divide and transplant perennials like daylilies, hostas, and irises. or to add to your flower beds!!

✅ Cooler weather helps reduce transplant shock
✅ Roots have time to settle before winter
✅ Plants come back strong in the spring

Pro tip: Water well after transplanting and add a layer of mulch to protect over winter. 🌿
