Calling all book lovers!

This Saturday, August 22, we’ve got a whole bookish evening planned at Monterrey!

Hinterland Bookery will be outside from 4pm-9pm with their mobile bookshop, featuring cookbooks, books in Spanish, and a little bit of every genre. Grab some dinner, then browse for your next good read.

From 7–8 PM, Lindsey from Halcyon Books and More will be upstairs hosting a Fall Themed Book Vase Workshop for $30, you’ll create a book-style vase filled with beautiful fall florals. All supplies and step-by-step instruction are included.

Dinner, books, crafting and maybe a margarita sounds like a pretty good Saturday to us.

This is exactly what we had in mind with our new Monterrey Community Classes, giving local people a place to share what they know and giving the rest of us something fun to try!
