Maciej Drabik is a Polish self-taught artist and director with over 20 years of experience across advertising, game development, concept art for film and television, 3D animation and other fields of digital creativity. Alongside his commercial work, he has continuously developed personal art projects exploring different digital techniques, motion, atmosphere and memory. His clients include BMW, Hyundai N, Royal Enfield, Alpine and Red Bull, while his digital artworks have been collected as NFTs since 2020 across multiple platforms.

‘Escaping the Calculating Machine’ is live ~

Presented with rhizome, the collection brings together eleven artists reflecting on their tools, the limitations that shaped their work, and the subcultures built around them.

Their stories span surf clubs and image boards, from 3D character design to 8-bit Commodore worlds. Across different corners of the web, the artists are linked by a shared love of finding authenticity inside the machine.

The fundraiser runs a 48-hour auction alongside a series of limited-edition artist prints. 25% of all proceeds support Rhizome’s Microgrants program.

ES/ Como parte del line-up de artistas del primer Pop-up de SuperRare 💎 en Buenos Aires, presentamos a Mariano Richards (Marriots) y Florencia Prato, dúo detrás de ANIMA, plataforma de eventos y exhibiciones de arte inmersivo que crean juntos desde 2022.

Su obra conjunta indaga en la percepción humana y la materia natural, dejándose guiar por la intuición y el azar antes que por una metodología fija: cada pieza es irrepetible, tal como ningún momento se repite en la naturaleza. Florencia aporta su mirada en video, diseño gráfico y escenografía; Mariano, su trabajo con formas escultóricas y paisajes sonoros ambientales.

Sus piezas podrán verse este viernes en el theatre de Dune Park, dentro de una galería que combina instalaciones, arte digital y obras físicas — todas disponibles para la venta online.

EN/ As part of the artist line-up for the first SUPERRARE (SuperRare 💎) Pop-up in Buenos Aires, we present Mariano Richards (Marriots) and Florencia Prato, the duo behind ANIMA, a platform for immersive art events and exhibitions they’ve been building together since 2022.

Their shared work explores human perception and natural matter, led by intuition and chance rather than a fixed method: each piece is one-of-a-kind, just as no moment in nature repeats itself. Florencia brings her eye for video, graphic design, and set design; Mariano, his work with sculptural forms and ambient soundscapes.

Their pieces can be seen this Friday in the theatre at Dune Park, within a gallery that combines installations, digital art, and physical works — all available for sale online.
