On January 12, 2024, JO1 Grace O Agtarap, Unit WD Officer of this jail unit supervised the continuous production of Mandala Canvas Painting of female PDL. Mandala Art Painting allows PDL to bring out their artistic skills and techniques, promote relaxation and provide personal growth. Moreover, this activity aims to produce mandala canvas painting which offers them
additional income.
