Halfway through today’s baking session and the kitchen smells absolute magic! ✨

Three small batches are officially out of the oven, and the flavor lineup today is next-level. But we’re nowhere near done—the fridge is currently packed with the next rounds of dough, just chilling and waiting patiently for their turn in the heat!

* Butterscotch Pretzel with Chocolate Chips (that sweet & salty crunch!)

There is a fine line between a trusted kitchen tool and a first-degree burn waiting to happen.

I was pulling a scorching tray out of the oven when my mitt decided to pop a seam right in the thumb-crotch. Nothing brings out your inner tap dancer quite like an unexpected 350°F thermal handshake mid-bake.

After pulling golden brown perfection out of the heat, and a couple burnt trays, this cloudy hero is officially hanging up the grip before it turns my thumb into burnt toast.

Rest easy, old friend. You’re retired. ☁️🔥
