📣I have an announcement!

An incredible human (Bridget Sheely) has stepped up and committed to pledging $1/minute alongside Little Wendy Bird and The Happy Hobbit Handcrafted for every minute protesters are present at Austin MN Pride on October 10th.

Not a business, a person! Just someone who saw this campaign and said YES and meant it.

That means our current combined rate is now $3/minute and $70 in the pot! (making it $3.29 if the protestors stay the whole event!)
AND every Little Wendy Bird item sold still adds $1 to the pot to push that rate even higher.

This is what community looks like. This is showing up for each other. 🏳️‍🌈

Still brewing. Still going. 🐦

A few weeks ago I shared that Little Wendy Bird would be pledging $1 for every minute protesters are present at Austin MN Pride on October 10th (out of my own pocket) donated to a cause close to my heart. In their honor. 💛

A few months ago Matt surprised me with tickets to Savannah Bananas and on Saturday we FINALLY got to go! 🍌⚾

We got to witness history; 10 fan-caught foul balls (new record) and RAC making the Iron Lotus catch!
It was amazing and joyful and I loved every second of it!

It's my birthday month 🎂

This year I'm celebrating by scheduling my colonoscopy like a responsible adult which is NOT the birthday tradition I imagined for myself but here we are. Living the dream. 😄

Happy International Day of Friendship. 🐦💛

I've been thinking about what friendship actually looks like in real life.

It's the person who shares your post when you launch something new. The one who tags you when they see something that made them think of you. The customer who becomes a familiar name in your notifications. The small business owner who slides into your DMs and says "I'm in."

Friendship shows up in small ways constantly and I don't think we say thank you for that enough.

So, thank you. For being here. For shopping. For sharing. For cheering from the sidelines on the weeks when the shop is quiet.
