Did you know?

To ensure good aging of wooden kitchenware, you should be careful of: -Prolonged contact with water. Avoid soaking and dishwasher -Big thermal shocks (fridge, sun exposure) - Colorful foods (beetroot)

Clean them with soap and water. You can also use protective wood oil, safe for use with articles that are in contact with food. We love fox run butcher block oil and get it from our friend in Kitchen A la Mode.
