Porter Peach Cupcakes are here at 4 Tons of Blessings Mercantile! Come in and get yourself some lunch or dinner and pick up a tasty cupcake or some cookies!

🧁🍑Porter Peach Cupcakes: Yellow butter cake filled with homemade Porter Peach compote. The cupcakes are topped with either homemade cream cheese frosting mixed with peach compote OR homemade whipped cream topping mixed with peach compote.

🧁🍫Chocolate Dessert: Chocolate brownie base topped with no bake chocolate cheese cake made with homemade whipped topping. It's drizzled with chocolate and has Heath Bar toffee sprinkled on top.

Cupcakes that make you think of summer are here at 4 Tons of Blessings Mercantile! This week we have Strawberry Poke Cake & Pineapple Upside-down Cake, along with shortbread cookies!😍🧁🍪🍓🍍💜

🧁🍓Strawberry Poke Cake: Yellow butter cake with strawberry Jell-o "poked" into the cupcake. It's topped with homemade whipped cream mixed with homemade strawberry compote.

🧁🍍 Pineapple Upside-down Cake: Yellow butter cake with a pineapple slice, cherry, and brow sugar. It's topped with homemade whipped cream and a cherry.

🧁Weekly Special: Yellow butter cupcake topped with homemade vanilla buttercream frosting and patriotic sprinkles.

This week's cupcakes are ready for you at 4 Tons of Blessings Mercantile! Peach and patriotic are on the menu! And, of course, cookie nachos! 😍

🧁Peach: Yellow butter cupcake filled with homemade peach compote topped with homemade cream cheese frosting mixed with peach compote.

🧁Freedom "Snow cone": Chocolate or vanilla cupcake topped with homemade vanilla buttercream frosting and coated in sanding sugar to give it the appearance of a snow cone. I even added a small spoon to add to the effect.

🧁Weekly specials: Chocolate cupcake topped with homemade chocolate buttercream or vanilla cupcake topped with homemade vanilla buttercream.

🍪Cookie Nachos: Homemade oatmeal raisin cookies with cinnamon flavored buttercream frosting for dipping.
