Your Future at Blue Illusion Blue Illusion Opportunities We are a growing organisation so the opportunities are endless! Blue Illusion Training
We offer ongoing training and Development.

We recruit from the business first before looking at external candidates. Our Company Values of teamwork, fun, contribution, trust and Integrity, respect for the individual, accountability, growth both personal and professional and think outside the square are second nature to our founders demonstrated throughout the Blue Illusion team. Blue Illusion Experience
When you enter one of our Boutique’s, you stop off in Paris! French music and beautiful aromatherapy scents from candles and soaps linger in the air making our stores a fabulous place to work as well as working with likeminded people striving for the same goal. Blue Illusion Goal
We genuinely care about our customers - We thrive on getting to know them and create looks that are both fashionable and flattering. Different body shapes, different complexions, different personalities! Our goal is to provide a level of service that is individual and special. A customer asked “Do you ladies go to Blue Illusion School? Because every boutique I go to I get the same level of service”. We offer a comprehensive induction program, ongoing coaching and training in our selling steps and other accredited courses. Blue Illusion Rewards
Our rewards and recognition programs are above and beyond just like our customer service! Our past reward incentives have included trips to Paris, Singapore and other luxury destinations. As like any family, we like to celebrate your milestones and anniversaries

Blue Illusion and You
Your contribution to the business is measured and celebrated. Our Store Managers conduct a weekly financial analysis of their business to highlight success and coach their teams around developmental areas like the Complete Wardrobing solution or weekly coaching log aligned to our “True Blue selling program. “ All our stores run regular events to achieve our fundraising goals combine this with quality product dropped into stores every fortnight and you don’t know where the time goes! Be part of the Blue Illusion family
