How to order?

Inbox the page with the product picture or product name, and provide your delivery and contact info. Return policy:
The customer needs to check the product and open it in front of the delivery person. If it is broken or has any defects, it has to be returned to the deliveryman on spot and we will replace it free of charge. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FURTHER COMPLAINTS IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US WITHIN THAT TIME. REPLACEMENT OR RETURN IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF THERE ARE ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR CRACKS IN THE PRODUCT. Order cancellation policy:
Customer can cancel their order within 1 hour of order confirmation. Shipping charges:
Our shipping charge starts from 80tk inside Dhaka metro, and for outside Dhaka, shipping charge starts from 120tk for upto 2kg. Additional charges may apply above 2kg packages. Payment and advance payment Policy:
1)Cash on delivery is applicable inside Dhaka, Bkash payment also available if preferred by the customer. In that case, payment needs to be done before delivery.

2)For outside Dhaka deliveries, minimum 50% of the total amount of the order is to be paid by Bkash as advance. The rest amount will be paid as cash on delivery. If the customer wants to pay the full amount in bkash, that is also available.

3)For customized orders, 50% of the total amount is to be paid as bkash advance after confirming and showing a virtual demo of the design. Bkash is also available for paying the rest of the amount.

4) Paying the advance needs to be done within 2 days of order confirmation. If there is to be any delay in product delivery, customer will be notified. If the delivery is not completed within the said time frame, customer is entitled to full refund for the advance payment, if requested.

5) For gifts, full advance bkash payment is required.

6) Bkash charge will be applicable for all order above the amount of 400tk. Estimated Delivery Time: For in stock products, 3-7 days for inside Dhaka orders, and 5-10days for outside Dhaka orders. Delivery time will vary for customized orders and pre orders. Warranty:
Currently the only warranted item of our shop is lamp. There is a six months replacement warranty on the lights of the lamps. Privacy Policy:
Crafts & Spells will not use any data shared by the customer without permission.
