Wise words from .

I’m in the midst of a combination of a terrible flare and medical complications. I’ve been down bad for 5 days. Can’t push through at all (yea it’s that bad).

I was super frustrated: I’ve been on a great roll with business this month and then all of a sudden that consistency was taken from me.

Being chronically ill is a cycle of grieving what has been lost or taken away from us and the never ending lesson of give you body what it demands.

My body demands rest at this moment and so I will oblige.
If you have a voice of reason in your ear reminding you to honor your body’s needs, make sure you thank them.

It smells faintly of sweet molasses, a result of the brown sugar!

Our brown sugar body polish not only removes built up dead skin, it also moisturizes and hydrates the skin.
