As the opening of the MFU gets closer, final touches to the menu will be done.
I'm working on an "Inter-active" Menu where the customer can see the total price of their menu selections. Really difficult right now on just how to design it so that it isn't complicated. So far, no luck. But I am working on it.

I know this project may seem to be taking longer than expected, but I am moving carefully and deliberately. The first time, I rushed and did not take enough time to understand every part of the food service industry. Now, I have a better understanding and the advantage of seeing the business from inside a successful restaurant, gaining the experience and education that would have helped me plan more effectively before.
Success does not always happen immediately. Sometimes it takes a few wrong turns before we find the right path.

Monday, August 3, 2026, I submitted to the Health Department Mobile Food Unit Food Establishment Plan for approval to start building the Wild Wonderful Waffle Wagon Mobile Food Unit. Today, the plan was approved. :)

Good Morning!
Making design changes to utilize the space better.
Target date to be on the road is Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
Planning is in the works for a Waffle Party Thursday Morning, August 27, 2026.
Today I'll filing the "Mobile Food Establishment Plan Review" with the Marion County Health Department.
