☀️ What a beautiful day! We’ve been having fun dressing the front of Axis Mundi Mystic & Holistic emporium with rugs and mannequins, and our lovely garden accessories are hanging in the window ready to brighten up your outdoor spaces 🌿🪴

It’s gorgeous outside, but nice and cool inside the shop, so why not pop in for a little browse and see what treasures you can find? We’ve got lots of unique bits and pieces to add character to your home and garden.

✨ Copper Water Jugs at Axis Mundi Mystic & holisitic Emporium 🤩✨

We hope you all had a brilliant bank holiday! Ours was spent the proper way… BBQs, three trips to B&Q, a visit to the aquatic centre (because we’ve officially built our own pond 🥰), planting plenty of fruit and veg, and of course a 6:30 start Sunday morning for the car boot. Safe to say there are no days off for Jake — I’m surprised he hasn’t sent me an invoice for labour yet 😂

We were lucky with the weather over the weekend, and now we’ve been blessed with a whole week of sunshine ☀️ But with this heat, staying hydrated is so important… and it got me thinking — what are we all drinking from? Plastic water bottles?

I won’t start a full water debate because we’d be here all week 😂 but many people are becoming more mindful about what they drink and what they drink from.

We wish you a wonderful day this St George's day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Apart from being Englands patron Saint, many of you may know there are deeper truths to find in the story of St George and the Dragon.

Alchemically slaying the dragon represents the "red stage" where the alchemist transforms or integrates the base instincts/chaotic drives i.e slaying the dragon! 🐉

However there is a degree of integration of the shadow rather than actual slaying! 🤣🤺

Dragons are often found in folklore and alchemical texts and even the bible with the tale of ArchAngel Michael slaying the leviathan/the serpent being known around the world! 🌏🐉🤺

Jake even has a tattoo of Michael slaying the Leviathan on his right arm, with Michael being his middle name and his great grandfather's first name who he holds dear! 🫡

And a theme that has reoccurred through his own life.. slaying many personal "dragons" along the way!

So let today be a day, that we go out and slay our own personal dragons!
