Full-process quality inspection statement for 316L high-mesh precision woven wire mesh before shipment
To guarantee excellent corrosion resistance and precise filtration performance, our factory implements high-standard 100% manual inspection:
1. Material Verification: Spectrometer test to confirm raw material is standard 316L stainless steel to avoid mixed materials;
2. Mesh Count & Wire Diameter Test: Measured by precise calipers, mesh count per inch and wire thickness are verified with minimum industrial tolerance;
3. Weaving Surface Inspection: Check every surface for broken wires, skipped wires, loose holes, deformation and rust spots;
4. Flatness & Edge Inspection: Correct mesh flatness, polish edges to remove burrs and ensure neat cutting;
5. Size & Weight Recheck: Record and compare length, width and weight of each roll to eliminate specification errors.
Each roll is carefully inspected by dedicated inspectors without missing any tiny defects. Rigorous quality control ensures stable product quality to meet the demands of high-end overseas filtration equipment
