So excited and getting ready to attend next weeks awards in Sydney 🤞
It’s has been such a big journey the past 5 years from opening Shining Light my online & market stall business, to writing my book “The Good Italian Girl”, performing on stage with my own fringe productions for 4 years, creating and hosting my podcast series “The Good Italian Girl and friends” for the past three years, creating and selling an Italian - Australian inspired tshirt range, running several women’s events and currating cultural and photography exhibitions.
So grateful that my immediate family, friend’s and community have always been there supporting me through my creative entrepreneurial adventures.. it’s been a huge ride
I’m sure John is wrapping his arms around me from heaven above giving me the energy to keep going 💛

I’m so excited to be performing my new Fringe show - “Italian Love is a Battlefield” at Ferg's Stepney
Just some details about the venue and food options :🙋‍♀️

Ferg’s is an urban cellar door and w**e bar in Stepney. (Lots of great drink options )
The address of the w**e bar is - 8a Union Street Stepney

Friday Fringe Show starts 8pm sharp
Sunday Fringe Show starts 4pm sharp

The food options on the days are as follows :
Friday 17th : open from 4pm for pre drinks and bar snacks, pizza and cheese platters.
Sunday 19th : open from 2pm Cheese platers available.

Drinks will continue throughout the night and after the event when I can relax and mingle with those happy to hang.

Hi this my the 18 year old Giussa self getting her photo taken at Studio 2000! Wow 🤩 that hair was on point !

At 18 years old, I never would of dreamed that one day I’d be sharing my experience as an Australian - Italian navigating the confinements of growing up with my immigrant parents at Fringe.

It didn’t happen overnight .
It started with publishing my book “ The Good Italian Girl “ in 2021 and now I am performing my second season with Adelaide Fringe.

I will share stories about my own battles with my parents and now my battles as a parent of a teenage boy. 🙉

I can’t wait to share these with you at my upcoming Fringe show, The Good Italian Girl: Italian Love is Battlefield.
