Another huge milestone for Mad Hopper.

MAD HOPPER™ is now officially trademarked.

What started as an idea, combining my love of bold food, hot peppers, hops, and doing things a little differently, has continued to grow into something I’m incredibly proud of.

There have been a lot of late nights, paperwork, recipes, test batches, approvals, labels, markets, and plenty of lessons along the way. Every step has been about building Mad Hopper the right way and creating something that can continue to grow.

What an incredible evening at Market Under the Oaks! 🌶️

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Mad Hopper Fire & Brew booth. It was awesome meeting so many great people, sharing our handcrafted hot sauces, and hearing your thoughts on our unique hop infused flavors.

The support from this community means more than you know. Seeing people light up after trying a sauce, talking food, grilling, and cooking ideas that’s exactly why I started Mad Hopper.
