THURSDAY TIP FOR NEW MOMS 💛

When the baby naps, you do NOT have to race around the house trying to get everything done.

The laundry can wait.
The dishes can wait.
The texts can wait.

Pick ONE thing that will make you feel better.

☕ Sit down and drink your coffee while it’s actually hot.
🚿 Take a shower without rushing.
🥪 Eat something that requires two hands.
😴 Close your eyes—even if you don’t actually fall asleep.
🌿 Or simply sit somewhere quiet for 20 minutes.

One of the biggest mistakes new moms make is treating every moment the baby sleeps as an opportunity to catch up on chores.

You’re recovering. You’re adjusting. You’re learning a whole new human. Rest belongs on the to-do list too.

💙 New moms — who is taking care of YOU?

Having a new baby is wonderful… but it can also be exhausting, overwhelming and, especially when you don’t have family nearby, a little lonely.

Sometimes you don’t need another baby gadget or another piece of advice.

You need another set of hands.

That’s one of the reasons I created the New Parent Support side of Simply Stacy & Co.

Maybe you need someone you trust to:

✨ Hold the baby while you shower, nap or simply breathe
✨ Help with bottles, baby laundry or getting things organized
✨ Stay with baby while you spend some much-needed time with an older sibling
✨ Give you a few hours to run an errand or go to an appointment
