Let's all donate R67 to an animal shelter for Mandela Day tomorrow. I choose Rottie Rescue. But there are so many rescue centres who are battling to to feed unwanted dogs. GO BIG!

From the day when the first staircase was invented its meaning remained the same, easily navigating the height difference in body movement. Solid wood staircases as opposed to other materials, (glass or metal), give the surrounding interior genuine warmth and beauty, regardless of the wood type. Wood, with its texture, colour and good acoustic and thermal properties, is totally suitable for interior furnishing and decoration, giving a sense of comfort, warmth and safety.

The home bar is one of the quintessential bonus rooms in homes today, although, with men and women planning and designing these spaces, it’s common to see a more masculine influence in the finished product. Rich wood is still the most popular for indoor pubs, with leather or animal skin bar stools, and maybe a pool table or a cigar lounge. All are popular features of the modern home bar. And designing your own fully fitted pub is exciting and challenging. Firstly, it’s important to determine how much space you’ll actually need and use. A pool table takes up a lot of space but will create endless fun for family and friends. Woodfurn will guide you in the right direction, with professional advice, perfect measurements, and attention to detail. Visit woodfurn.co.za/custom-kitchens-and-bars for inspiration. Whether traditional or modern, solid wood or rustic, design is key in fulfilling your personal needs.
Comfortable bar stools and well-stocked shelves will keep the party going. And we create both bars AND pool tables. Very convenient.
