To all small business what would you have done?

I had a client that ordered because people dont trust facebook business i made some off her order and send proof she told me her child went to pay the order . Keep in mind I bought the items for the order customized it and bought a paxi bag ready to ship to her. Send proof of the completed order and now she has ghosted me.
