We're taking signups for purchasing Pokemon 30th Anniversary products

Initial online orders will be for existing customers only who have purchased Pokémon products from us in the last 6 months. There will be per-person limits.

Due to stock allocations and extremely high demand we'll be creating these orders manually instead of through the online store.

If you're interested in purchasing, please click "Email me when available" on the relevant product pages for the items you'd like to purchase.

We have a small quantity of Pokemon prismatic evolutions super premium collections inbound.

The demand for this product far outweighs supply. With recent popular releases we've been attempting to limit products to 1 per person. This has been somewhat successful but requires a lot of policing on our side and many people try to manipulate the limits. Some popular products like the First Partner boxes sell out in less than a day even with limitations.

With this product we're trying something different. We'll offer the product to a random selection of existing customers that have entered their email to be notified on availability.

It's that time of the year again!

Maybe We'll post more about them, maybe we'll be too overwhelmed getting all orders out!

Shipping Update

Orders take longer to be delivered during and the week after Black Friday. Some couriers experience extreme backlogs. We've made the decision to disable our standard shipping in favor of shipping with Courier Guy over this period. We've subsidized the normal Courier Guy pricing to keep deliveries affordable.

Orders under R1000 will have the usual R99 delivery fee
Orders between R1000 and R2000 will have an R59 delivery fee
Orders over R2000 will have free shipping.

Pokémon Pre-Orders Update

Hello!

Over the past few months, Pokémon has seen a surge in popularity. Demand has been unprecedented, with availability of new sets being very limited. This high demand has resulted in stock allocations for recent sets, meaning we receive only a portion of what we order. With each set, our allocation has decreased further.

One of our strategies for gauging product demand and offering good discounts is by running pre-orders. However, the current stock situation is making this increasingly difficult. Even with very conservative pre-order numbers, we’re still ending up overselling certain items. It’s a poor customer experience to have to partially cancel orders, and we want to avoid that.

Going forward, we will not be taking Pokémon pre-orders (for the time being).

For the latest set, Destined Rivals, some customers will have their orders reduced. We will reach out to each affected customer individually.

For the next set, Black Bolt and White Flare, we have removed these items from our store and will be contacting customers proactively.
