Less than 48 hours to go...
Then the webshop closes its doors.
This chapter is coming to an end, but the book is far from closed 😉
Although my amazing retailers will continue selling The Blonde Chaos, online I’ll slowly be moving into the background for a while.
Looking back at this reel, I feel incredibly proud. Proud of what I have built over the past ten years. The shop I once had, the photoshoots, the collections, the markets, the late nights, the early mornings, the wins, the challenges, and all the beautiful moments in between.
This reel is a little glimpse of that journey. Of the creativity, the memories, and the many chapters that shaped The Blonde Chaos into what it is today.
The next few months will give me time to think about what comes next. About how I can shape The Blonde Chaos into something more unique again. Back to where it all started: creating from scratch with my own hands, following my creativity, and making things with intention and heart.
I have a feeling our move to the farm will play a big part in that next chapter. 🌿 🐓
For now, there are still 48 hours left, a few more stories to tell, and a few more pieces to find new homes.
And who knows what The Blonde Chaos will look like when it returns in 2027 ✨ 💫

It’s time for a change…

I started this brand to create, to design, to tell stories through every piece.

Somewhere along the way, I lost that a little…
I tried the fast, the bulk — because it felt like I had to, like otherwise I would fall behind.

Every month new “waterproof” brands popped up out of nowhere… more trends, more noise — but less soul.

And it just never felt right.
It became a love–hate relationship.
Toxic to my joy, Toxic to the 🌍
and not aligned with what I believe in!

So I’m choosing differently now.

I’m choosing more me again 🤍

The Blonde Chaos isn’t going anywhere…
but it’s going to find a new way.

That’s why the webshop is closing in June…
so if there’s something you love — now’s the moment.

This has been on my mind for a long time… and it finally feels like the right moment to share 🤍
Maybe this comes as a bit of a surprise… but The Blonde Chaos, in its current form, will slowly come to an end. The webshop will be closing at the end of June.
Why? There are a few reasons…

As a mom of two little ones who need me (and don’t always sleep like angels 😅), and with our upcoming move to our smallholding (that we’re currently building), I’ve been rethinking everything — life, work, balance, and also a greener, more sustainable way of living.

This decision also comes from a creative place. I’ve always loved building stories and meaning around my jewellery — that’s where my heart is. Over the past few years, I’ve felt a shift in the industry towards faster, cheaper, bulk pieces — stainless steel “waterproof”… and I realised that’s not something I truly connect with, even though I tried.
Because jewellery, to me, shouldn’t be for a season.
It should be something you treasure for years.

The Blonde Chaos as it exists today will slowly scale down. There will still be a small Mother’s Day bangle collection launching this Friday — but beyond that, no new collections in 2026.
So, I do have quite a bit of stock, and I’ll be hosting a few Sip & Shop moments with special discounts over the next months — for my customers, friends, and community 🫶
If you’d like to join one, or collaborate and bring your own brand or energy into it… I would love that — feel free to reach out.

But this isn’t the end completely….The Blonde Chaos as a business will remain — I just need to make space to create again in a way that truly feels aligned with me.

So what will this next phase look like? I don’t fully know yet… but definitely more meaningful pieces, expanding my locally made clothing — the Cape Babe range… connecting more with other brands and women, maybe retreats… or maybe you’ll be buying my honey next year — who knows what this next chapter will bring ✨ 🤣
For now, you can still shop your favourite pieces online until the end of June — and find them in stores throughout the year!
