We were gifted this piece years ago by Grant Brooks 🙏
After long last, we finally got around to flipping it 🙌
As you'll see, there are before photos- a gorgeous solid wood set of drawers in need of some TLC.
We decided we needed a coffee bar for our kitchen and so we stripped the old varnish, sanded down the wood, applied a few coats of fresh varnish, replaced the old door k***s, repaired a drawer bottom, repaired a battered leg, and painted the sides and skeleton of the drawers a hand-mixed green 👌
We were surprised to find a beautiful red oak beneath the varnish and the natural colouring of the wood works well with the pop of green colouring 🌟
