This Santa Maria-style grill features a stainless steel grid lifted by a side‑mounted flywheel with a precision ratchet‑and‑pawl system for effortless height control.

The unit is cladded with fire bricks on the sides and base for maximum heat retention, and fitted with in‑house engineered stainless steel ratchet wheels finished with polished brass elements.

It includes removable grids, a double-walled, suspended coal maker, and a stainless steel chimney. A rotisserie will be added next to complete the full cooking setup.

This custom 3.0mm stainless steel braai insert - complete with ember maker, fire grid, and a fully‑engineered airflow layout for cleaner burns and hotter fires - is one of our latest projects.

Six cheetahs have now been translocated from South Africa to North Luangwa National Park, marking the first stage of an ambitious effort to restore cheetahs to Zambia’s Greater Luangwa Ecosystem after an absence of more than 30 years. The project aims to introduce at least 18 cheetahs over two years, with the ultimate goal of establishing a self-sustaining population across the wider Luangwa landscape.
