Having unwanted and unhealthy body fat, and not feeling good in your skin can decrease a person's self-esteem.

I took a decision to help myself and also help others be the better version of themselves; so I then changed my lifestyle and started practicing living a healthy active lifestyle, where:

> I changed my mindset and told myself I can have a healthy and fit body along with a healthy mental health
> I changed the food I ate and tried not to eat a lot of junk foods
> I started exercising even when I didn't feel like exercising
> I took my Herbalife supplements that enhanced my progress
^ All that was possible because I also listened and took other coaches' advices which I'm grateful of

And today I can happily say that I AM PROUD OF MYSELF😊💃🏻
