Through my experience, learning new styles of creating has opened doors I've always believed to be closed. In the process of creating various art forms there are multiple elements that we get to face such as perfectionism, control, doubt, uncertainty, the need for instant gratification and a buffet of so much more. Then gently moving through the noise into a space of calm and peace, which in turn offers clearer steps to take in business, personal and social environments.
