The worldwide Covid lock-down has been very tough for everyone and the regular channels that minerals would travel were severely affected too, we were fortunate in that regard being at home and able to see things that would typically not come down South.
A challenging time like we have never experienced before but you can't beat Africa down!!! A number of lots came to us since the lockdown started, each lot was different, sharing similarities yet key features set them apart. Most though present pseudomorph crystals in varied styles and morphology as well as degree of alteration. Quartz, malachite and chrysocolla play the most important role, each in various forms. The wonderful thing is that every type is pretty with bursts of color and sparkling luster depending on how much quartz is covering the crystals. Feast your eyes and ask any questions that you might have.
