This Youth Day, one young entrepreneur reminded us exactly why we celebrate the youth of South Africa. 🇿🇦❤️
While many children spent the day enjoying the holiday, this young man spent his time building something of his own. With determination, confidence, and a smile, he welcomed customers, sold his products, and showed us what entrepreneurship looks like at a young age.
Watching him proudly run his little stall at Die Eiland Pub & Grill Market was inspiring. It wasn't just about selling treats and toys. It was about learning, growing, taking responsibility, and believing in an idea.
To this young man:
Keep dreaming.
Keep creating.
Keep trying new things.
Keep believing in yourself.
The future belongs to young people who are brave enough to start before they're ready and determined enough to keep going when things get tough. Kyle Henwood and he is 7 years old.
Today it's a market stall.
Tomorrow it could be a thriving business.
One day, it could be a company that employs others and makes a difference in the world.
We are incredibly proud of you and honoured to have had you at our Youth Day market. You are exactly the kind of young South African who gives us hope for the future.
The future is bright, little man. Keep going. We're cheering you on every step of the way. 👏💙🇿🇦
