PAVLOVA WITH ACTIWHITE ✨
Crispy on the outside, soft & marshmallowy in the centre 🤍
Recipe:
• 10g Actiwhite
• 60g water
• 120g castor sugar
• 1 tsp cornflour
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• ½ tsp vanilla
Whisk Actiwhite + water, then gradually add sugar and whip until glossy & stiff. Fold in cornflour, vinegar & vanilla.
Shape into a 20–22cm circle and bake at 120°C for 75–90 mins. Turn the oven off and leave inside until completely cool.
Top with whipped cream & fresh fruit and enjoy! 🍓✨
