Prices and products displayed on this site may vary from time to time. All orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed and paid. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and refund the total amount if payment was done. Please note there is specific dates for ordering and there may be a waiting period. Delivery
Delivery times are e
stimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 21 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping costs are based on your order and the delivery method. You will be advised of any charges. Payment
Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. Payment can be done via EFT or cash. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to your order. Returns or Exchange
All our items are inspected prior to shipping. If a defect has been overlooked, kindly contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange or replace the item. We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged or missing any accessories. Should we refuse a return, the customer is liable for arranging a courier to transport the item back and the courier cost. Personalized items like engraved or stamped items are not eligible for returns and exchanges
