Paper mills run 24/7. When pulp residue, calcium carbonate, and chemical buildup coat your equipment, you don't get a second shift to deal with it. You get unplanned downtime and a maintenance bill that keeps climbing.

We've just supplied a paper mill in Springs, Gauteng with three CEMSA 525V electric high pressure units, each one matched to a specific cleaning task on site.

PWL 5016: 500 bar pressure, 16 l/min flow. Built for stripping hardite and calcium scale off rollers and press felts where nothing else cuts through.

PWS 2015C: 200 bar, 15 l/min. General equipment washdown and surface cleaning across the plant floor.

PWC 2030C: 200 bar, 30 l/min. Higher flow for large area cleaning where coverage matters as much as pressure.

All three units assembled and tested at our facility in Pretoria before delivery. 525V electric drive means no diesel fumes inside the mill, no fuel logistics, just plug in and clean.

A high-pressure washer on wheels that rolls from one side of a chicken house to the other. Comes standard with HP gun, lance, nozzle, and quick coupling. Purpose built for the guys doing hands-on cleaning in poultry houses every day.

🔹 CEMSA PWAI-T Trailer
This is the big one. A double-axle trailer unit designed specifically for avian and coop cleaning. Quad pump-motor setup, 4 electroplated reels carrying 150m of hose, and a built-in toolbox so nothing gets left behind. When you're cleaning multiple houses across a large site, this is what you bring.

All CEMSA units are assembled and tested in Pretoria. Six years working with CEMSA, and we distribute directly from their facility.

South Africa lost 34 lives to wildfires last season. Nearly 4 million hectares burned. Over 2,000 livestock gone. Most of those fires started small and got out of control because nobody on site had the right equipment ready.

That's exactly who we built the CEMSA FFU for.

🔹 Bakkie-mounted FFU
650L step tank that fits on your existing pickup. 41 l/min flow rate. Each fill gives you 15 to 20 minutes of firefighting, which is a long time when you catch a fire early.

🔹 Trailer-mounted FFU
2,000L tank on a double axle trailer. 50 bar pressure, 41 l/min flow, powered by a 10 HP diesel electric start engine. Heavy duty 3-cylinder ceramic piston pump with forged brass head. 30m aluminium hose reel, quick-change foam mix lance, adjustable pressure regulator, and a spare wheel. NATIS registered, so it's road legal from day one.

Both units are assembled and tested in South Africa, backed by a 12-month warranty, and can be customised to fit your vehicle or operation.

You don't need a R2 million fire truck. You need the right unit on the vehicle or trailer that's already on your property, ready before the fire doubles in size.
