Euro Pallet Sliding System
Designed and manufactured to easily move euro pallets inside an enclosed panel van.
Problem:
Many cargos loaded on conventional open trucks, are exposed to whether and other criminal elements. Especially valuable small loads less than 5 tons used on short distances in cities. The enclosed panel vans don’t allow cargo to be loaded with a forklift while making use of the full capacity of vehicle. The forks of the forklift restrict these cargos to be loaded in the full length of these vehicles.
Solution:
Euro Pallet Sliding System
• Tubular steel frame that gets bolted onto the vehicle floor
• Specific designed steel trolleys to carry euro pallets
Euro pallets with the cargo gets loaded onto the trolleys in the warehouse. The forklift then loads these trolleys in the panel van from the rear. The trolley then slides to the front of the loading area of the vehicle, and gets locked with two hitch locking pins. Additional ratchet straps are used to fully tie down the cargo load. The length of the vehicle will determine the amount of trolleys that could be loaded.
