ORDER SUBMITTED?
After placing an order you will receive 2 confirmation SMSs within an hour, first sms is for confirmation (Processing) and second sms with order details (order summary). If you do not receive two sms within an hour please contact us. Once your order is fully processed you get another two SMSs order confirmation(Successful) and another one with delivery details (Date and time)

*Pay on receiving/pay on delivery - with this method we allow everyone to make payment upon delivery of ordered item(s).
*Pay before delivery - after receiving number you are allowed to pay.
DELIVERY
* Limpopo Province
Delivery for orders R450 or more is free and R40 for orders less than R450. Delivery takes 1-3 working days( only applies to pay before delivery method) .
Delivery takes exactly 7 days with pay on delivery /pay on receiving method i.e Orders made on Tuesday are delivered Tuesday of the following week. We do not deliver on weekends therefore all orders that are made during weekends will be considered as orders made on Monday and will be delivered Monday of the following week.
* Gauteng Province
Delivery for orders R1500 or more is free and R99 for orders less than R1500. Delivery takes 2-4 working days( only applies to pay before delivery method) .
Delivery takes 7 - 14 days with pay on delivery /pay on receiving method .We do not deliver on weekends therefore all orders that are made during weekends will be considered as orders made on Monday.
WE ALSO ALLOW VOUCHERS COMBINATION AND CASH SUPPLEMENTATION.
:: Orders with pay on delivery method can only be cancelled within 24hours and within 3 days with pay on delivery method.
