Experience in accounting/finance, strong Excel and record-keeping skills. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.
๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Someone who has already worked in accounts and can handle day-to-day accounting with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail.
๐ฎ. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ - 2 years sales experience
Responsible for customer acquisition, sales of agricultural products/services, farmer engagement and meeting sales targets. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Agribusiness or related field.
๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Someone who is comfortable approaching farmers, businesses and institutions and can actually close sales. A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
๐ฏ. ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ (๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ) - 1 to 2 years practical experience
Responsible for farmer mobilisation, field monitoring, data collection and supporting implementation of our Solwezi project. Diploma/certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension or related field
๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Someone who can confidently work with farmers on the ground, collect reliable information and report problems back to the project team. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ. A valid driver's licence is an advantage.
