Day 2 of making homemade snacks during distance learning 🍌🥥
Today’s snack: 2-ingredient banana & coconut cookies
Super simple to make:
– Mash 1 ripe banana with shredded coconut
– Scoop into medium balls, flatten gently
– Bake for 10 mins at 200°C

Extra touch ✨
Drizzle with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 30 mins
Store in our stainless steel stackable lunchboxes to keep them fresh 💛

Today’s snack: Hotdog in a blanket 🌭
Super easy + filling
White bread + cheddar + hotdog
Wrap it, secure with toothpicks, bake 10 mins at 200°C
Serve warm with milk in their favorite tableware
Distance learning can feel heavy in uncertain times — a little snack from mum each day can put a smile on their face, give them something to look forward to, and keep them going through lessons 🤍
