Harvest Season Coffee's Honey Colombia is produced by Wilson Ducuara, on a Tolima farm which has been in his family for over three generations. An ex-army soldier, he turned his passion to protecting his land in a by creating a pristine ecosystem with an emphasis on water conservation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
His farm now produces some of the most extraordinary and sought after coffee flavours in the world, with a cup score of 82.75.
