We recently welcomed our new batch of Management Trainees to Landmark Group with five days of learning, discovery and hands-on experiences across our businesses.

From getting to know our culture and values to hearing from leaders across functions, exploring our stores at Oasis Mall and going behind the scenes at our Mega Distribution Centre, the induction offered a closer look at how we work and what it takes to create meaningful experiences for our customers.

The week was also about building connections, gaining new perspectives and preparing our Management Trainees for the journey ahead with Landmark Group.

Welcome to the Landmark family. We look forward to all that you’ll learn, contribute and achieve along the way.

We're proud to support Al Jalila Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Dubai Health, through its Wellness on Wheels initiative, as part of our CSR flagship initiative, Beat Diabetes.

The initiative brought free health screenings and awareness sessions to Cleanco Group’s labour camp, helping participants take a proactive approach to their health and wellbeing.

VIVA, our value grocery brand, also provided healthy snack boxes for participants, a small contribution towards encouraging healthier everyday choices.

Through initiatives like these, we aim to encourage awareness around preventive healthcare and support healthier communities.

Back to school is more than a new academic year. It is a reset for the whole family.

As summer gives way to routines, families are once again navigating early mornings, lunchboxes, homework, after-school activities and everything in between. It is a shift that changes not just how we spend our days, but how we use our homes too.

The H1 2026-27 Townhall brought Landmarkers from across concepts, functions and countries together to connect, reflect and look ahead to what’s next for Landmark Retail.

From celebrating the progress we’ve made across our businesses to highlighting new milestones, including the launch of wowmart, our newest homegrown variety value retailer, the townhall was a chance to recognise what we’ve achieved together and the opportunities ahead.
