- Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
• Strong skills in modern and luxury floral arrangements
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy days
• Event and wedding experience is a plus
- Responsibilities:
• Create bouquets, floral arrangements, and event setups
• Prepare and manage daily floral orders
• Maintain flower freshness and proper flower care
• Take care of flowers and plants, including cleaning, watering, and organization
• Stay updated with modern floral trends and techniques
