Almond Apple Pancakes 🌱
Lactose and sugar-free almond pancakes are a dream come true! You can enjoy the taste and the health benefits in a pancake!
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 6 tbsp apple puree
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 130 g almond flour
• 1/2 tsp
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• a pinch of salt
Start from boiling sweet apples until they become soft. Once they are soft, you can turn them into a puree in a blender. In case the apples are not sweet enough, you can add a couple of dates.
Send the first 4 ingredients into the blender. It is preferable to have them at room temperature, as otherwise the coconut might form lumps.
Then we add the rest of the ingredients until it turns into dough.
Spray the pan for pancakes with oil and heat it properly I laid out the dough with a spoon, fry on medium heat for 3-5 minutes on one side, then 1-2 on the other side.
You can enjoy the pancakes with syrup and cinnamon! 💕
