Interview invitation ရဖို့ CV form ဘယ်လိုပြင်မလဲ
ဘယ် carries coach နဲ့မှ မသင်ပဲ ကျွန်တော်ဘာသာ လေ့လာပြီး ပြင်ဆင်ခဲ့တာကြောင့်လိုအပ်ချက်တွေရှိကောင်းရှိနိုင်ပါတယ် 💁🏻♀️
ဒါပေမဲ့ ကျွန်တော်ဒီအတိုင်းပြင်ဆင်ပြီး အလုပ်လျှောက်ခဲ့တာ within 1 months အတွင်း
Interview 10 ခုအထက်ရပါတယ်

ပထမဆုံးအနေနဲ့ CV မှာထည့်မည့်ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ photo ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ photo studio မှာ resolution ကောင်းကောင်းနဲ့ သေချာရိုက်ခဲ့ပါတယ် ✅
အပြင်မှာ ပေါ့ပေါ့ပါးပါးရိုက်ထားတဲ့ free style ပုံတွေမထည့်ပါဘူး / passport ပုံစံလည်းမထည့်ပါဘူး ❌
Coat /formal attire နဲ့ Smart ကျကျ post ပေးထားတဲ့ ပုံပဲထည့်ပါတယ်✅
ကိုယ့် PHOTO and NAME အောက်မှာမှ
ကိုယ့်ကို interview ခေါ်ရင် လွယ်ကူပြီး မြင်သာစေရန် ကိုယ့် phone number, email address, location မြင်သာထင်ရှားအောင် အရင်ရေးပါတယ်
CV စပြင်မယ် 📃
-ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ နာမည်ကို capital latter MS , MRS ဆိုပြီးစပါတယ်
- Profile ( or) about ကို စာပိုဒ်ပုံစံနဲ့ 5 ကြောင်းလောက်ရေးပါတယ် ( ဒီနေရာမှာ ကိုယ်လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ experienced နဲ့ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ skill ကိုပဲမြင်သာအောင်ထည့်ပါတယ်
- Personal Detail /Personal Data မှာတော့
nationality, Date of Birth , Gender,martial status,height, expected salary( negotiate), availability ထည့်ပါတယ်
- Educational Background မှာတော့ ဘယ် university / ဘယ်နှစ်ခုနှစ်မှာ ဘာဘွဲ့ရခဲ့ကြောင်း ထည့်ပါတယ် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ level အလိုက်ထည့်ပါ
- Other qualifications ရှိရင် ကိုယ့်မှာရှိတဲ့ certificate တွေအကြောင်း ထည့်ပါ
- Language မှာ ( English ဆိုလည်း level အလိုက်ထည့်ပါ ( 4 skills ဆိုလည်း 4 skills ပေါ့ ) Myanmar ကတော့- native or mother tongue , other languages တစ်ခုခုပြောတက်ရင်လည်း ထည့်ပါ
- Computer skills - Microscope office, word excel, procurement, power point အကုန်ထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
- Hard Skills မှာတော့ ကိုယ်လျှောက်မဲ့ position နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ skills တွေထည့်ပါတယ် ( for example- administration ဆိုရင် admin တစ်ယောက်မှာရှိရမဲ့ skills ၊ waitress ဆိုရင်လည်း order taking , guest relation ဘာညာ ထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
- Personal strength မှာ fast learner , hard working , honestly , able to work with different cultures, able to work under pressure ဘာညာပေါ့ ကြည့်ကောင်းအောင်ရေးလို့ရပါတယ်
- Reference - ဒါကတော့ ကိုယ့်ကို checking လိုက်ရင်ရအောင် ကိုယ်အရင်ကလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ နယ်ပယ်ရဲ့ လူကြီးတစ်ယောက်ယောက်ရဲ့ contact ထည့်ပါ( name , position, ph no or email address)

Responsibilities or Job description
ရဲ့အောက်မှာမှ ကိုယ်လုပ်ရတဲ့ အလုပ်တွေ responsibilities တွေ ၉ ကြောင်း / ၁၀ လောက်ထိ ထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
( ဒီနေရာမှာ main point ပြောချင်တာကတော့
ကိုယ်က engineer industry မှာ တကယ် လုပ်ခဲ့တယ် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ သဘာဝကျကျ အလုပ်လုပ်ဆောင်နေတဲ့ photo တွေရှိရင် ၃ ပုံ /၄ ပုံလောက် ထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
မှတ်ချက်- ဟင် CV form မှာ ပုံတွေများနေလို့လည်း power point နဲ့တူနေလို့ ဆိုပြီး interview မခေါ်တာမရှိသလို / လူမျက်နာပုံ တစ်ပုံပဲ ထည့်ရမယ်လို့ ဘယ် interviewer မှာ သက်မှတ်မထားပါဘူးနော်
For example- project manager ဆိုရင် ကိုယ်ဆွဲခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ project ပုံ နမူနာ ထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
Graphic Designer -ဆိုရင်လည်း ကိုယ်ဆွဲခဲ့ဖူးတဲ့ထဲက အကောင်းဆုံး design ကိုထည့်လို့ရပါတယ်
မထည့်လည်းရပါတယ် that’s your choice ပါနော်
