Come join me and my friend, renowned surfer and Chi Kung master Cristóbal De Nicol , on the magical northern coast of Peru, where the desert meets the sea, the pace slows down, and the waves seem to go on forever.

We’ll call a stunning cliffside retreat home, perched above warm turquoise waters and some long, playful left-handers ☀️

After the last few months, this moon feels like coming back into the body. One clear decision instead of twenty emotional ones. A slower pace, more space to hear ourselves think.

We get so used to associating change with chaos that we forget a lot of life grows through consistency. Ta**us cares more about what can actually last.
and a lot of the time growth is not adding more. It’s becoming more honest about what still feels worth our energy.

These days may bring conversations, ideas, or small shifts that change direction without needing to force anything. We may realise some ways of thinking no longer fit the people we are becoming. But that doesn’t mean we need to reinvent our whole lives overnight.

sometimes the most stable thing you can do is stop forcing yourself to stay the same. 🦋
