It’s over 50°C in the UAE ☀️🔥 — and in this heat, nothing beats a fresh, cool lunch!

Today at MVP, we’re bringing a little taste of France to the table with a French Bistro Salad 🇫🇷🥗. And thanks to our ELBA fridge, every ingredient stayed beautifully fresh, crisp and ready to serve.

🥬 Lettuce & mixed green leaves
🌱 Baby spinach
🍊 Mandarin
🧀 Goat cheese
🧅 Green onion
🍅 Sun-dried tomatoes
🍄 Mushrooms
🥜 Caramelized nuts

The French Vinaigrette 🇫🇷
Whisk together:

* 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
* 1 tsp honey
* 1 small shallot, finely chopped
* Salt & freshly cracked black pepper

Toss everything together just before serving for the perfect balance of fresh, sweet, tangy and crunchy.

Fresh ingredients. Simple French flavours. And a lunch made for UAE summer days. ☀️🥗
