A’adecor is a creative décor and event styling business dedicated to transforming ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences.What began as a passion has grown into a trusted brand for elegance, details, and exceptional customer service. TERMS AND CONDITION FOR A&ADecor

•All Items are inspected before and after renting.
•Any Items reported lost or damaged by the renter is responsible for the cost of the items.
•All rental and decor services should be booked 4 weeks before the event date.
•A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT are required to ensure service and the balance to be paid within 7 days.
•A 10% NON REFUNDABLE SERVICE CHARGE will be charged on each booking.
•Seven days after full booking there will be NO REFUND.
•All items under a $100 are required full payment.
•Any payments over $250.00 are required to deposit money into our business account.
•Delivery charges are base on the amount of goods and location.
•All receipt must be shown when making payment or collecting rental items.

BEFORE YOU BOOK A BALLOON DECORATOR… READ THIS!!

There are a few things every client should understand before booking balloon décor.

✨ Your inspiration photo is a reference, not a replica. Every venue, space and budget is different, so your decorator may need to adapt the design.

🎨 Colors can look different in photos. Lighting, editing and the venue can all affect how balloons appear on camera.

💪🏽 You’re paying for more than balloons. Planning, sourcing, prepping, loading, transportation, installation and teardown are all part of the service.

📍 Your venue matters. Ceiling height, setup time, wall restrictions and available space can change what is possible.

📅 Book early... Popular dates fill quickly, and specialty colors or custom pieces may need to be ordered ahead of time.

At A’adecor, we believe in setting realistic expectations, paying attention to the details and creating a setup that works beautifully for your event.

For us, growth means being open to trying new things, exploring different ideas, and challenging ourselves creatively. Some days, we honestly feel like magicians 🎩✨—taking a simple idea, adding some fabric, flowers, creativity, and a whole lot of dedication, and watching it transform into something beautiful.
