Partner Success & Marketing Associate

AllMart is seeking a commercially confident, highly organised professional to help our merchant partners improve their performance, strengthen the customer experience, and grow through the AllMart platform.
This is a hands-on role combining merchant success, business development, marketing support, catalog quality assurance, and practical field support. It is not a conventional social media position.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coaching merchants to improve order performance and customer experience
• Prospecting, sales, onboarding, and merchant activation
• Supporting promotions and approved marketing packages
• Conducting catalog quality assurance
• Maintaining accurate merchant records and follow-up plans
• Troubleshooting merchant tablets, receipt printers, and routine connectivity issues
• Supporting field activities, merchant visits, and industry events
The ideal candidate will be:
• Commercially confident and comfortable engaging business owners
• Highly organised, dependable, and accountable
• A strong communicator with sound professional judgement
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and performance targets
• Capable of following through until agreed actions are completed
Relevant experience may include customer success, account management, field sales, hospitality, restaurant or retail operations, marketing support, or business consulting.
The position includes structured onboarding, meaningful responsibility, and performance-based earning opportunities for qualifying direct-sales activity.
